Shot Selection

There is more to determining a successful shot selection than identifying your game and the proper vital zone and shot angle. Before you go hunting you need to know your equipment, your capabilities and what to look for in the surrounding environment to ensure that any shot you take will be safe and therefore successful (even, and especially if, you do not end up killing your quarry).
