Road Hunting

Always consider where you are driving and make sure you remain on existing roads and are not in a closed area. If you spot game in your vehicle, you cannot pursue it in a vehicle or shoot from the vehicle or on or across a roadway. You must safely exit the vehicle and step off of the roadway. Arizona does not define a specific distance from the road like other states; you must be completely off the road.

From a safety standpoint, you should not have loaded firearms in the vehicle to prevent accidental discharges.
