Course Outline

Title only registration (RV license plate) and nonresident OHV decals only allow operation on unimproved roads and trails. They do not allow for travel on pavement or graded dirt roads except for the incidental crossing of these roads while accessing trails. If you have an RV plate or a nonresident OHV decal, you must trailer your OHV to a location where you can access the unimproved roads and trails. Title only registration is available to residents only through the MVD, an authorized third-party MVD service provider, or online at www.servicearizona.com.

Beginning in 2020 license plates will no longer have “RV” on them.

For a list of MVD offices and authorized MVD third-party locations, visit ADOT Site.
