Lymphoproliferative Disease Virus (LPDV): Signs and Symptoms

Most turkeys do not show symptoms, but when they do, hunters should look for:

• Hard, scabby skin on head and/or feet
• Disoriented birds
• Weakness
• Lethargy

LPDV is easily confused with Avian pox, which has similar symptoms.
