Completely Harvest the Animal

In Arizona, it is a violation to waste edible game meat, which includes the front quarters, backstrap, and hindquarters of ALL game animals. The hunter must process and remove this from the field to eat. It is also important to lawfully and ethically dispose of the carcass when appropriate.

Remember that hunting ethics and properly using as much of the animal reflect positively on hunting. There are fun ways to get neighbors and friends involved in eating game meat, learning new cooking techniques, and sharing the food with nonhunters.
