Understanding Off-Highway Vehicle Registration and Decal Requirements

There are two ways to register your OHV:

1. Street Legal – residents and nonresidents
2. Title only – residents only

All residents and nonresidents are required to purchase an OHV decal. All OHVs designed by the manufacturer primarily for use over unimproved terrain that weigh 2,500 pounds or less, are required by law to display a valid OHV decal to operate on public and state trust lands in Arizona.
