Transcript for Exiting a Vehicle Review

Steve: If you chose “The hunter did not remove the firearm properly. He had the muzzle pointed at himself,” you are correct. You should’ve noticed that the hunter removed his firearm incorrectly. He had the muzzle pointed at himself, and the action was closed. We should never assume a firearm is safe even when removing it from a case. Instead, he should have removed the firearm so that it was pointed in a safe direction away from himself and others. You should always remember to place your cased firearms in your vehicle so that they can be removed safely.

You have made it through the Exiting a Vehicle scenario of Hunt Day 1. Congratulations! You only have one more scenario to go.
