Official New Hampshire Online Hunter Education Course

Welcome to the official online hunter education course of the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department. Taking the NH Hunter Education course will allow you to comply with New Hampshire hunter education law and will also make you a safer and more knowledgeable hunter.

Getting Started

To complete this self-paced online hunter education course, you'll need to do the following:

  • Study the online New Hampshire Hunter Education course materials.
  • You must be at least 15 years old to take the online course and exam.
  • Take one or more Practice Tests — free of charge.
  • Take the New Hampshire Field Day Qualifier Exam for $15, collected whether you pass or fail.
  • Upon passing the Field Day Qualifier Exam, print your New Hampshire Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate to gain entry to your Field Day.
  • Register online for a Field Day to complete your certification requirements. Learn more about the field day.
