Welcome to the official online hunter safety course of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

This hunter education course has been developed in conjunction with the the Florida FWC.

Completing this course will prepare you for the FWC Field Day, the second part of the required hunter education curriculum.

When you pass, immediately print out your official Field Day Voucher. This voucher will serve as your admittance ticket to the Field Day.

Florida Hunter Education Requirements

  • If you were born on or after June 1, 1975, and are 16 years or older, you must pass a FWC hunter safety course before you can purchase a hunting license.
  • Pre-register for the Florida FWC Field Day, the second step of the hunter certification process.
