Hunting Licenses

According to Chapter 183D of Hawaii Revised Statutes:

• Hunting licenses are required on private as well as public lands.
• You must show your hunting license and consent to the inspection of any appropriate permit, stamp, and/or tag, hunting equipment, and type and amount of game, as well as permit the inspection of game bag, container, hunting coat/jacket, carrier, or vehicle of any kind where game might be concealed, by a duly authorized representative of the department.
