Course Outline

Behavioral laws are in effect to control the behaviors of others as well as ourselves. Some examples of behavioral laws are:

  • Vandalism to fences, signs, and other property—In a public game management area, the repair costs are incurred from the hunters. On private property, the costs are incurred from the the landowners, and eventually this results in no access to hunters.
  • Littering—This is just plain ugly. Always leave the area the way you found it or better.
  • Trespassing—Do not trespass on other people’s property without permission. It is considered rude and irresponsible.
