Hunter and an ATV

It is illegal to operate an ATV:

  • On any public highway, or other public property, unless you are:
    • Operating in an area authorized for ATV use or…
    • Crossing a public highway by the most direct route possible.
  • On another person’s property unless you have the landowner’s written consent or it is explicitly authorized by law.
