Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Requirements

Hunters 21+ pass this course and apply for a TWRA permit.

You must be at least 9 years old to take this online course.

You do not have to be a resident of Tennessee to take this online course.

After this Course

If you are under 21 years of age: After passing the online course, you are required to attend the Field Day to complete your Hunting safety certification.

How do I get my state Hunting license?

Hunting education is currently required in many states. An approved Hunting safety course is required to comply with the laws and regulations in those jurisdictions. Depending on your age, you may be required to have the Hunter Education Card in order to legally buy a license or permit to hunt.
