Username and Password

Sometimes, it can be difficult to find a username that has not already been taken by someone else taking the same course.

Try to pick something that is easy to remember but is also unique. One trick is to use a variation of your name that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to associate with your name. For instance, you could use your middle name and spell it backward. Another way to find a unique username that is easy to remember is to compound your name with a favorite hobby, food, TV show, movie, or a character from a movie or TV show.

I need to change my username and/or password. Where do I do this?
If you need to update your profile information or change your password, click on the View Profile link under your username in the navigation bar at the top of any web page in the course. Re-submit your revised information using the form provided.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Forgot Your Password? page. You will need to enter your username and the e-mail from your profile, and an e-mail containing the link to reset your password will be sent.

There is also a link to the Forgot Your Password? page on the Log In page for your convenience.
