• Identify and/or demonstrate at least three common firearm carrying positions.
• Describe and/or demonstrate how to load/unload a firearm safely.
• Explain and/or demonstrate the correct way to clean firearms.
• Explain and/or demonstrate the correct way to store firearms and ammunition.
• Identify and/or demonstrate knowledge of safe places to practice shooting and safe backstops for archery tackle and firearms.
• Identify and/or explain zone-of-fire.
• Describe and/or demonstrate the safest way to cross a fence or other obstacle while carrying firearms.
• Describe and/or demonstrate the safe way for transporting firearms in boats and cars.
