recover a deer he had wounded the previous day. The
victim and several friends were helping the shooter
track the wounded deer. The victim jumped the deer
and was trying to get the deer to move downhill,
toward the shooter, when he was struck by an arrow
through the shoulder. The shooter was about 100 yards
away from the victim at the time of the incident.
The shooter’s hunting privileges were revoked.
