Locating and Signing Up for the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day
After passing the online portion of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission hunter education course, you will need to locate and sign up for the required North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day.
To locate and sign up for the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day in your area, go to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission website at http://www.register-ed.com/programs/45.

What To Expect at the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day
At the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day, you must successfully complete the remaining course requirements, which include: 4–6 hours of instruction, a field exercise, a live-fire exercise, and North Carolina’s Hunter Education Certification exam.
Important Bring your Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate to the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day as proof of having completed the online course.
After attending and passing the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day portion of the hunter education requirement, you will receive your North Carolina Hunter Education Certificate.

- Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate
- The North Carolina Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate is proof that you have successfully completed the online portion of your hunter education requirement. Students must present the Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate at the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day to gain admittance.
- North Carolina Hunter Education Certificate
- The North Carolina Hunter Education Certificate is proof that you have successfully completed all the hunter education requirements and can legally hunt in the state of North Carolina. You will receive the Hunter Education Certificate from the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission after successfully completing the North Carolina Hunter Education Field Day.
Replacement
If you have already received the North Carolina Hunter Education Certificate and need a replacement certificate, you can contact the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission at http://www.ncwildlife.org/.
To replace a lost or destroyed Field Day Qualifier Exam Certificate, log in to the course and print a new one.
