Locating and Signing Up for the Hunter Education Field Day
After passing the online portion of the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department hunter education course, you will need to locate and sign up for the required Hunter Education Field Day.
To locate and sign up for the Hunter Education Field Day in your area, go to the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department website at http://www.register-ed.com/programs/20.
Warning! Passing the online course does not guarantee you a spot at the Hunter Education Field Day.
What To Expect at the Hunter Education Field Day
At the Hunter Education Field Day, you must successfully complete the remaining course requirements, which include: 4–6 hours of instruction, a field exercise, a live-fire exercise, and New Hampshire’s Hunter Education Certification exam.
Important Bring your Field Day Qualifier Certificate to the Hunter Education Field Day as proof of having completed the online course.
After attending and passing the Hunter Education Field Day portion of the hunter education requirement, you will receive your New Hampshire Hunter Education Certificate.
Hunter Education Documents
- Field Day Qualifier Certificate
- The New Hampshire Field Day Qualifier Certificate is proof that you have successfully completed the online portion of your hunter education requirement. Students must present the Field Day Qualifier Certificate at the Hunter Education Field Day to gain admittance. Students under 18 years of age need to bring a parental release form.
- New Hampshire Hunter Education Certificate
- The New Hampshire Hunter Education Certificate is proof that you have successfully completed all the hunter education requirements and can legally hunt in the state of New Hampshire. You will receive the Hunter Education Certificate from the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department after successfully completing the Hunter Education Field Day.
Replacement
If you have already received the New Hampshire Hunter Education Certificate and need a replacement certificate, you can contact the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department at http://www.wildlife.state.nh.us/.
To replace a lost or destroyed Field Day Qualifier Certificate, log in to the course and print a new one.
