Official North Carolina Online Hunter Safety Course

Welcome to the official site for North Carolina's independent study hunting education course approved by North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. Taking a hunter education course will allow you to comply with North Carolina hunter education law and will also make you a safer and more knowledgeable hunter.

	Simple and self-paced—This hunter safety course is user-friendly and self-directed. Study as much as you need to know, as slowly or quickly as you like to learn!
	Have fun learning with interactive animations, like this movie about how a firearm works.
	When you're ready, take the official North Carolina Field Day Qualifier Exam for only $15. Upon passing, receive your Field Day Qualifier Certificate, which allows you to attend a day of field activities required to complete the certification process.
