What To Expect at the Hunter Education Skills Session

At the Hunter Education Skills Session, you will receive 4 hours of hands-on review and exercises, and you will take a multiple-choice exam covering your online studies and the day’s information.

After you successfully complete the Hunter Education Skills Session, you will receive your Hunter Education Certification.

Important Bring your Hunter Education Skills Session Qualifier Certificate to the Hunter Education Skills Session as proof of having completed the online course.

Hunter Education Skills Session Qualifier Certificate
The Missouri Hunter Education Skills Session Qualifier Certificate is proof that you have successfully completed the online portion of your hunter education requirement. Students must present the Hunter Education Skills Session Qualifier Certificate at the Hunter Education Skills Session to gain admittance.
Missouri Conservation Heritage Card
The Missouri Conservation Heritage Card is proof that you have successfully completed all the hunter education requirements and can purchase a permit to legally hunt in the state of Missouri. You will receive the Conservation Heritage Card from the Missouri Department of Conservation after successfully completing the Hunter Education Skills Session.

Replacement

If you have already received the Conservation Heritage Card and need a replacement, you can contact the Missouri Department of Conservation at 573-522-4115, ext. 3549, or go to http://mdc.mo.gov/about-us/heritage-card for more information.

To replace a lost or destroyed Hunter Education Skills Session Qualifier Certificate, log in to the course and print a new one.
